In the Bidnemo Supplier Survey, 8 key steps are followed. First, the supplier’s office/factory is visited and inspected. In case of any new supplier, we conduct a competency evaluation before adopting them. After our inspection, we mediate their issues (if any), then collect the letter of feedback and address any apprehension/doubt from their end. The purpose of this step is to help our suppliers gain confidence. In the end, we rate all our suppliers based on our survey results.
