When you opt for managed sourcing services, we first initiate the project. Then we review the opportunity and determine the business need. We develop the business case. Later study and evaluate the market and determine our procurement strategy. Our next move is to discover and pre-qualify our vendors based on a thorough study of their technical capabilities, their fiscal strength, their methodologies for systematization and quality and lastly, their management practices. After discovering and pre- qualifying vendors, we start advertising/notifying. The next step involves RFI/RFP/RFQ, after which we negotiate or conduct a reverse auction whenever necessary. When these are over, we submit our final report and the project closes with that.
